1 cup frozen fresh blueberries
1/2 cup soy yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soaked oatmeal
1-2 tablespoons agave
1/3 cup crushed icecombine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. makes 2- 1 cup servings.

If you POPStars haven’t done this workout yet.. DO IT! I watched it before I gave it a shot, and it did not look difficult AT ALL! Darn you Cassey for making it look SO EASY!! This workout seriously is KILLER!! I can barely do the cobra pushup :/ Try it out, and good luck!!
